Devin Graf, MS, OTR/L
Devin is the Director and President of the Board of Directors for Grow Pediatric Therapy Services, Inc. She and her husband, Brian, live on their farm in rural Lafayette County, Missouri, with their two children.
Devin’s journey into occupational therapy was inspired by her son, Brady, who was born with Arthrogryposis Distal Type I and Perisylvian Syndrome. Motivated to better support him and others like him, she became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2011 and went on to earn her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2022.
Devin holds specialized training in MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration), Bal-A-Vis-X (Balance-Auditory-Vision-Exercises), Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi), Learning Without Tears, First Strokes Multi-Sensory Handwriting Program, and various assistive technology programs to support students’ success in the school setting. She has a particular passion for reflex integration therapy and has seen its benefits for children with a variety of challenges.
Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing country-life activities such as UTV riding, fishing, golfing, and gardening. She volunteers on various boards, mentors occupational therapy practitioners and students, and enjoys grant writing to grow stronger small communities with better resources for children and their families.

Kristin Ainsworth, BS, COTA/L
Kristin is a certified occupational therapy assistant who graduated with an AAS in OT from State Fair Community College/MHPC and a BS in Health Science from Central Methodist University. She has been a school-based OT practitioner for 10 years with a certification in autism-informed therapy, as well as training in dyslexia/dysgraphia/dyscalculia, MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration), and is a yoga4classrooms IMPLEMENT trainer. Kristin is a fierce advocate for the students that she serves. She and her husband, Troy, have 2 adult sons. Kristin enjoys jeeping, reading, and watching movies.
Lindsay Meyer, COTA/L
Lindsay is married with three active boys. She and her family live in Brunswick, MO, which is where Lindsay was born and raised. Lindsay enjoys farm life! She previously worked in the hospital setting for 10 years, where she worked in many areas: home health, outpatient, inpatient, and pediatrics. Lindsay has a true passion for the Pediatric setting, in large part due to her own son’s difficulties and successes following his diagnosis of Auditory Processing Disorder, as well as Sensory Processing Disorder. Lindsay loves working with kids and watching them learn and grow. A quote from Lindsay, “ I truly love what I do; there is no greater reward than helping a child grow and helping caregivers and school districts in leveling the playing field for the child/student.”

Stacey Grimpo, Regulation Room Interventionist - Wellington-Napoleon R-IX School District
Stacey has been the Sensory Room Coordinator for 4 years within the Wellington-Napoleon District. Stacey has training in MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration), as well as Bal-A-Vis-X. Stacey has a gift for problem solving student’s needs throughout their day, and she has helped make hundreds of students successful in the classroom setting by implementing sensory diets and accommodations within the classroom. Stacey is married and lives in Levasy with her two children. She and her family enjoy farming and traveling.


Nicky Hunter, Regulation Room Interventionist -
Odessa School District
Nicky has been a dedicated Regulation Room Interventionist in the Odessa School District for the past two years. She is trained in MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration) and Bal-A-Vis-X (Balance, Auditory, Vision Exercises).
With a strong passion for recognizing and addressing students’ sensory needs, Nicky provides meaningful support to help them succeed both in the regulation room and in their classrooms. She takes pride in seeing the growth and progress of the students she works with each day.
Nicky lives in Odessa with her husband and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and staying active with her family.
Krystal Ellington - Developmental Specialist
Krystal is a Developmental Specialist at Grow Pediatric Therapy Services. With 16 years of experience teaching first grade and Special Education, she joined the team in 2024 to offer individualized tutoring services, primitive reflex integration interventions in public school Regulation Rooms, and special services through the Missouri First Steps Early Intervention Program. Krystal is trained in using the Orton-Gillingham Approach along with the Barton Reading and Spelling Program. She has also recently been trained in using the Brain Gym Program to combine movement into her work to allow for "whole brain learning"--getting both sides of the brain to work together to enhance information processing. She has a passion for helping children, of all abilities, become more confident in themselves as unique individuals capable of becoming more effective communicators, readers, and writers. Krystal graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with certification in Special Education. She also has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She considers herself to be a "lifelong learner" and is continuously taking professional development trainings to better herself as a professional for the families that she serves. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in church, crafting, reading, swimming, and anything having to do with music.


Michelle Watts, OTD, OTR/L
Michelle is an Occupational Therapist and holds a Doctorate in the field since 2023 from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. She has specialized training in primitive reflex integration through MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration). Michelle enjoys allowing kids to lead the way through play-based sessions where they gain skills without it feeling like work. Michelle enjoys getting to help kids develop at their own pace through individualized plans and attention to the interests of each child. Michelle and her husband live in Lafayette County with their three boys. She loves being active, drinking great coffee, and participating with the local church.

Renee Brown, Regulation Room Interventionist -
Oak Grove School District
Renée is a dedicated Interventionist, leveraging her training in MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration) with her personal experience in raising a neurodivergent child to create tailored, supportive activities for students with varying abilities. With a rich background as a homeschool mom and substitute teacher, Renée brings a unique blend of empathy, patience, and experience to her role, fostering the body/brain connection and sensory integration to help each child thrive in their educational environment. Her passion for empowering students shines through in her individualized approach, ensuring every learner feels seen and supported. Married to Michael and honored to be the mother to an adult son, Renée grew up in West Virginia but now calls Grain Valley, MO home.
Raechel Warburton, Regulation Room Interventionist - Oak Grove School District, Early Childhood Center
Raechel is a passionate Regulation Room Interventionist with years of experience supporting students with emotional and sensory needs. Trained in MNRI, she creates nurturing spaces that help young learners thrive both academically and socially.
An Oak Grove graduate (Class of 2007), Raechel is proud to serve the community that raised her. Newly married, she and her husband are raising a beautiful blended family of five children, including her two sons who attend school in the district. Her personal connection, empathy, and dedication to neurodiversity make her a valued member of the Grow team.


Michael Ainsworth, Regulation Room Interventionist -
Odessa School District
Michael is a Regulation Room Interventionist at Odessa Upper Elementary school. His work focuses on helping kids integrate primitive reflexes while improving in-class behaviors.​
Michael holds a General Associate of Arts degree and is eager to help children get the services they need to succeed. In his free time, Michael enjoys indoor rock climbing, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.

Avery Long, Regulation Room Interventionist -
Oak Grove School District
Avery serves as a Regulation Room Specialist at Oak Grove Elementary, supporting students with emotional and sensory regulation. A 2019 graduate of Oak Grove High School, Avery previously worked for three years as a Registered Behavior Technician, working with students with behavioral and developmental needs. She is dedicated to creating a calm, safe space where students can grow, self-regulate, and thrive.

Katie Wingard, Office Manager
Katie serves as the Office Manager, bringing a strong technical foundation and organization to the role. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and began her career in a technical field before taking time off to be a stay-at-home mom and an active volunteer in her children’s school community.
Katie lives just outside Pleasant Hill, Missouri, with her husband and their three children. She enjoys volunteering, attending her kids' many activities, hiking, and traveling to National Parks on vacations.
